This checklist is the best way for Me to get to know you and your fetishes, limits, likes, and dislikes. It contains every fetish I could think of (excluding those which are against ToS of course), as well as fetish clothing preferences. It is to be filled out as indicated, telling Me how much you enjoy each activity. Once it is complete, return it to Me and I will keep the information you’ve provided in your file (yes, I keep files and notes on ALL of My subs). In order to make this checklist as useful as possible, it is very thorough, so please make sure you have time to dedicate to doing it properly. This will take some TIME!
