So I went on vacation this weekend and spent a ton of money from My money slaves on overpriced food, a new air mattress, a new tent, and a ton of souvenirs! I went to the Wheatland Music Festival, which is pretty much the thing I look forward to every year. I got to see an awesome French Canadian band called Genticorum. I don’t know french, but they gave great descriptions of their songs for us non-French speaking listeners. The first song they sang was called Les Cousinages and it really spoke to Me.
The song is about the wedding night of a man who has married a beautiful woman. He is sitting in bed, waiting for his beautiful wife to come consummate their marriage. Much to his surprise, his wife brings two of her very attractive cousins to the bedroom! She’s cuckolding him with her cousins – LOL! The beautiful woman has married this poor cuckold only to sleep around on him.
The last verse of the song conveys a moral that you may feel hit close to home – “Be careful when courting a beautiful woman, because she may have many cousins.” Keep in mind the times – cousins were often seen as possible mates in earlier times.
Very similar to how it’s going for you, isn’t it? you may have been lucky enough to marry a beauty, but she has many friends who she is MUCH more interested in than you LOL! But don’t cry – maybe she’ll let you watch… Or at least clean out her cream pie LOL!
